These terms are an agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Slowgrain Labs Private Limited, CIN CIN, registered at registered office address ("Slowgrain Labs", "we", "us"). They govern your use of Genopty at genopty.com, app.genopty.com and related services.
By creating an account, running a free audit, or paying for a plan, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
Genopty queries third-party AI engines with questions about your category, analyses the answers, and reports how those engines mention, rank and describe your brand and your competitors. It produces a Visibility Score and recommendations.

Annual billing is offered at a discount equivalent to approximately two months. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive/inclusive of GST, which is charged where applicable.
Each plan includes a stated number of tracked questions, engines, competitors and scans. Because every scan costs us money at the AI providers, limits are enforced. The free audit is deliberately limited to a small number of questions on a subset of engines, is rate-limited per user and per network, and is intended for evaluation — not for repeated or automated use.
You must not attempt to evade limits, whether by creating multiple accounts, scripting the free audit, or otherwise.

We may suspend an account immediately for a serious breach, and will tell you why.
You keep all rights in the brand information, competitor lists and other content you give us. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to run the service — including sending category questions to AI engines on your behalf — and to hold it for as long as your account is open.
We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics that cannot identify you or your brand to improve and describe the product.
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Genopty, the Genopty name and logo, the software, the prompt libraries, the scoring methodology and the interface are owned by Slowgrain Labs. Subscribing gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Nothing here transfers ownership. Reports Genopty generates for you are yours to use in your business.
Read this section carefully; it describes the main risk of a product like this.
We aim to keep Genopty available but do not promise uninterrupted service on standard plans. We may take the service down for maintenance, and will give notice where practical. A specific uptime commitment is available only under a separate written Enterprise agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genopty is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that scores will be accurate, or that results will meet your expectations.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the service, or content you supplied.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the product. Continuing to use Genopty after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you may cancel.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at city, India have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties submit to it. Before starting proceedings, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute by writing to the other.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest survives. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or sale of the business. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us.
